Do you test your products or any of your raw ingredients on animals? +
Absolutely not! VELVET Concepts is proudly cruelty free and we absolutely do not support animal testing. We check all our ingredients right back to trace ingredients/sources, we only work with cruelty-free manufacturing processes and we have full policies with all suppliers regarding animal testing.
All products are tested in house by our team – beauty obsessed nutters!

All our products are are made from quality materials that are FDA compliant and approved safe ingredients, including the use of beeswax and carmine in some products. Our products are all designed and manufactured in Australia, Italy, France or Germany.

When will I receive my order? +
Orders are usually processed within 2- 3 working days once received. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.
We use Australia Post E parcel for all our domestic Australia deliveries, estimated shipping times are as follows:
7-10 working days (depending on location)
14- 16 working days (depending on location)
Rest of the world: 10-17 working days
Can I get a tracking number for my order? +
All Australia Post deliveries will include tracking and the number should be included in the shipping confirmation email you'll receive when your items are shipped so long as you have provided your email.
International orders do not include tracking by default unless you have specifically chosen to upgrade your shipping options at the time of purchase, in which case the tracking number will also be included in the shipping confirmation email to you.
What can I do if my order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery time? +
